For aggression run 50/50 drills. My favorite is half of the players line up on the right post, the other half line up in the left post (Facing the field). Have the coach play balls out into the center of the eighteen, the first goal at each post races out to win the ball and then goes 1v1 against the girl she just beat for the ball. I get some fierce battles to win the ball, it definitely helps. I love when opposing coaches marvel at my team's physical play, the secret is out.........50/50's.

I am an Experienced British Armed Forces Physical Training Instructor and Personal Trainer. It's true he is only seven but, that is the time when the foundation blocks are set for his future. If you run around loads as a kid and are highly active you will run later in life (Muscle Memory). Adults who don't like running are the kids who didn't run around much when younger. You can try a few sprints and do as HIIT which is good. But it needs to be fun or 'Out Of The Box' For Strength and Explosion try controlled wrestling games my 6 yr Old calls it "Get Out Of This One". I will get him in a lock and put a little pressure on him to wriggle free, each time he gets out I'll make it a little harder. This is excellent for total core and body strength as it becomes a anaerobic exercise for him. Or another is trying to push or pull you off the sofa, again total strength and core and hours of fun (for both of you)Remember to let them win occasionally!!!!. For speed and explosion try resistance running. Buy a rubber resistance belt from internet (anywhere between £5-£25) They start in a sprint position, place a marker 5-10 metres away and get them to run as hard as they can to the mark while you hold the end of the rubber bands and apply resistance so they are driving against the negative force this is good fun too. ladder work is also a good alternative for Muscle memory and sharpness. Hope this helps, all my parents from my U-7's side are doing the strength stuff and i work the rest for 20 mins of my sessions with great results. If you need a structured training programme then get in touch personalfitnesssolutions4u@yahoo.co.uk very very reasonable minimal cost.

There are some important things that you need to remember when you do soccer dribbling skills. First of all, you must use all parts of your foot - the inside and outside - when doing the drills in order to develop your whole foot.

Im a goalie coach and i find that there are a few drills that i like to have my players do to warm up. i like to start with a few hand eye coordination drills first by holding a ball out in front of the player that is on there knees and dropping the ball and at the same time saying left or right. this makes them make in an informed decision and reacting to it such as a goalie should while in a game. next i do diving drills to warm up the rest of their muscles followed by a few punts into the net to get the legs warmed up for the game. now this is just a short warm up before a game but there are a bunch of different variations of the warm up
