What exercises do football (soccer) players do, and how to become fit very quickly?
I am 16. I am a good football player, but I’d like to improve my skills quickly.
My main problem is that I don’t have enough energy to play. I can’t last for more then 30 minutes.
Can anyone help me please?

So its your stamina you need to work on try running long distance (not sprinting) pace yourself slowly build up from a short run to a longer run. Use exercise bikes and treadmills they will also improve your lower body strength. Pace yourself in a match you don’t need to be running round like a blue-arsed fly to be effective. Circuit training will help. Basically you need to go to your Level with exercise then push past it. It is not a quick fix though.

start jogging a little at a time maybe start some pushups work your self up too 250 a day a little at a time

i agree with all of those ideas and those are true. I too play soocer and when i started doing those things i also goted better at running. I ran more then 1 hour
